L. Mortimer (fl. 1900-1930)
Louis or Lewis - A painter of landscapes and coastal scenes in watercolour and some times referred to as Lewis Mortimer. He worked mainly in Devon, Cornwall and Dorset. Most common subjects are Cornish Harbour scenes.
His style somewhat similar to that of the Devon artist W.H. Sweet.
